In FTP software:

Profile Name: marrakech
Host Name: www.marrak.net
Host Type: Automatic detect
User ID: Anonymous
Password: Anonymous
Initial Directory Remote Host: /incoming/your directory name here

Use only lower case letters for your directory name. If prompted, always select AUTOMATIC for the kind of transfer mode.
